Benicia Concrete & Masonry is a state-licensed masonry contractor based in Benicia, CA. We provide masonry and concrete services to residential and commercial customers, including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, driveway pavers, and related work. Service availability depends on location, project scope, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Benicia Concrete & Masonry are based on the information available at the time of assessment. All estimates are free and provided in writing following an on-site visit. An estimate is not a binding contract - it is a good-faith projection of the cost and scope of the proposed work based on conditions visible at the time of the visit.
If conditions change or additional work is identified after a project begins - such as concealed damage not visible during the estimate visit - we will pause work and discuss the change with you before proceeding. We will not perform additional work without your approval. Final pricing will reflect only work you have authorized in writing.
Scheduled appointments for estimates and work may be rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed work date. Late cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in a rescheduling fee at our discretion.
Weather conditions may occasionally require us to postpone exterior masonry work for safety and quality reasons. We will contact you as soon as possible if weather requires rescheduling and will work with you to find the next available date.
Payment terms are set forth in the written contract for each project. In general, larger projects may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon satisfactory completion. Smaller jobs are typically due in full upon completion.
Accepted payment methods are listed in the project contract. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees as specified in the contract. Benicia Concrete & Masonry reserves the right to suspend or withhold warranty service on accounts with outstanding balances.
Benicia Concrete & Masonry stands behind its work. Written warranty terms, if any, will be specified in the project contract and cover defects in workmanship for the period stated. Warranty coverage is limited to the work we performed and does not extend to pre-existing conditions, damage caused by external forces, or damage resulting from failure to follow any care or maintenance instructions we provide.
